Treaty of Sirius

Receiving a distress call from a Starfleet vessel that was sent to Kzinti territory to ensure the Kzinti were still in compliance with demilitarization as the Treaty of Sirius specified. The USS Meridian arrives in the system to find that the Kzinti are having issues with maintaining order. A faction on Kzin has formed and is wanting to rebuild their forces.
